Viber launches second edition of ‘Sticky Fingers’ for character designers globally

Global messaging app Viber, which caters to over 600 million unique users worldwide, has launched the second Sticky Fingers initiative in partnership with Talenthouse: My City, My Vibe. This is a competition where animators and character designers are invited to create original stickers inspired by their favorite international city that celebrate its vibe and personality.

Twenty finalists will be selected by a panel of judges including Viber creative director Erez Schocher, Stanislav Makarenko – aka “Drawk,” a Selected Artist for the first Sticky Fingers, online personality Julieanna “YesJulz” Goddard and graffiti artist Alec Monolopy, who will then narrow it down to five Selected Artists. These five will get the chance to work with the creative team at the Viber design studio to get their stickers ready for e-tail.

Anyone 18 years old or over can submit original artwork through viber.com/MyCityVibe now through 18 November, 2015. The 20 finalists will be announced on 9 December and Selected Artists on 15 December.
