New DC Comics titles in works at WB Games Montreal

The studio which delivered the Batman: Arkham Origins in the Arkham series is allegedly working on two new comic book based games and is hiring people for the same.

The positions available in the studio include rendering programmers, senior animators, character artists, QA supervisors, system programmers and audio designers as listed on the official site of the studio.

A statement on official website reads: “We are a growing studio with two triple-A projects in development focused on expanding the DC Comics universe in the interactive space.”

Batman-Arkham-Origins

The studio last developed the Batgirl: A Matter of Family, an episode from Batman: Arkham Knight and its last full time project was LEGO Legends of Chima Online and 2013’s spin-off of Rocksteady’s Arkham trilogy – Arkham Origins.

With Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice which is set to release next year, Warne Bros and DC Comics are set to release 9 movies between now and 2020. Not only the big screen but also the gaming universe will be graced by the DC Comics superheroes in a very big way in the near future.
