Having originally launched in 15 million homes in 2007 and recently finalizing deals with FullBottle, VHX and Clokey Productions for Gumby, Kabillion, the only independently owned VOD network ranked among the Top 10 Kids Free On Demand networks in the US, announced that the company has finalised a deal with Cablevision’s Optimum TV and is now available in over 50 million homes in the US.
This marks a three fold increase since launch for Kabillion, an Emmy Award-winning network owned by Splash Entertainment, with views for 2014 now over 65 million. The announcement was made today by Kabillion President & Splash Entertainment co-CEO Nicolas Atlan.
“In the past six months alone our growth has been tremendous. We now have more partners than ever before and we are the perfect platform for brands and advertisers,” commented Atlan. “With our stellar line-up of acclaimed children’s programming, we are witnessing a significant shift in our network, and now thanks to this deal with Optimum TV which takes us to over 50 million households, we are able to buildstronger relationships with our content owners and advertising partners.”
Kabillion also owns ‘The Kabillion’ YouTube Channel and recently teamed up with Base79, the largest international multi-channel network, to expand Kabillion’s loyal audience and increase the popular kid network’s global viewership on the platform.
