The Nickelodeon cluster (Nick, Nick Jr./Teen Nick and Sonic) has lined up a dhamakedar treat, promising a crackling yet safe Diwali for its young viewers. From new show line ups, new episodes of popular shows to on-ground activations, kids have a lot more to look forward to and pump up their celebrations.
Starting with on-air, Nick is running all new episodes of its awesome shows ‘Motu Patlu’ and ‘Pakdam Pakdai’.
The channel is making this Diwali ‘Nickwali’ and bringing its popular Nicktoons together to sing Diwali special jingles titled the ‘Diwali Fungoli’. Meanwhile, SONIC is adding to the celebrations by offering viewers once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the world’s first Ferrari theme park at Abu Dhabi. Sonic Ferrari World Abu Dhabi contest is a watch-n-win initiation, wherein the viewers have to tune in to Sonic from Monday to Friday between 2 to 4 pm and answer simple questions to experience the live Ferrari action at Abu Dhabi. Meanwhile, Nick Jr. has launched ‘Roary the Racing Car’ at 9:30 am and the Teen Nick has launched ‘Supah Ninjas’ at 7:30 pm, ensuring entertainment for kids of all age groups from tots to teens.
Taking the festive cheer beyond television, Nick Jr., the channel for pre-schoolers, is engaging kids through on ground activations in the coming months. Nick Jr. is all set to present ‘Kid Town Fair’ on November 9 and 10 at The World Trade Centre, Mumbai giving its young fans a chance to play games, attend workshops and spend time with their favorite toon ‘Dora The Explorer’ while they send their parents on a shopping mission at the exhibition.
