Indian kids’ broadcasters all set to celebrate the festive month of August with exciting programs and campaigns

As the festive season is about to begin, the kids’ broadcasters are all set to celebrate Sister’s day, Friendship day and Independence day with their amazing programs and interactive campaigns to treat the kids visually. 

ETV Bal Bharat is celebrating Sister’s day on 7 August with special episodes of one of its most popular series titled The Sisters. The series features the story about two naughty sisters, Milie and Julie, which has become the channel’s first successful female IP that ETV Bal Bharat is showcasing since its launch.  The younger sister Julie is cute, lovable and quite hyperactive. The elder sister Milie is a typical teenager but both have very lovable and relatable   personalities. They are best friends forever. The show will be aired exclusively on ETV Bal Bharat on the 7 August from 10:30 am onwards. 

Through its social media contest ‘Selfie with Sister’, the broadcaster is promoting sisterhood among the kids, and the winner will be announced on 7 August from 9 am onwards.

As we all know Raksha Bandhan is the celebration of love and protection between brothers and sisters, but 100 years ago Rabindranath Tagore turned this into a celebration of unity and brotherhood. By giving a tribute to Tagore, ETV Bal Bharat is all set to telecast Rabindranath Tagore’s biographical episode on 11 August at 9 am,3 pm and 9 pm.

Gubbare is celebrating Dosti Fest, where the kids broadcaster will be cheering and promoting the spirit of friendship among the kids. The channel has planned a month-long celebration under the Dosti Fest theme by coming up with user engagement activity called  #MyNatkhatFriend. 

On account of Independence Day, the channel will celebrate ‘Masti Ke Soldiers’ by airing entertaining movies and top shows all day. Kids will also get to enjoy Vir The Robot Boy marathon on 15 August. 

And on the occasion of Janmashtami, Gubbare is set to air three Krishna movie-blocks.

Sony YAY!’s Oggy and the Cockroaches will celebrate the nonstop chase, excitement and never ending fun conversations by airing back to back episodes starting from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm on 7 August.

POGO is celebrating the colours of friendship with interesting #POGOBFF AR Filter, where the audience can try the filter and tag the broadcaster and stand a chance to win exciting POGO hampers.

On account of the Independence, the broadcaster will air Bheem Movies Double Dhamaka on 15 and 16 August from 10.30 am onwards.

On 15 August Cartoon Network is set to air Teen Titans Go! Special at 12 pm and Ben 10 at 2 pm.

Bhaiyyaji Balwan – Gomtipur is home to a charming young boy Bhaiyyaji who stands up for himself and his village. The show rolls through the fun and frolic of the rural life as Bhaiyyaji goes on to become Bhaiyyaji Balwan. The show will air on Hungama on 15 August.
