Adlabs Animation has roped in the experienced Sandeep Gangatkar as Executive Producer.
Gangatkar joins the company with seven years of experience in developing original animation projects and shall be involved in development as well as the production of Superstar and Gini & Jony as well as other projects that are currently under consideration at the company.

Sandeep Gangatkar shared, “Before joining Adlabs, I have spent nearly seven years in various positions ranging from Animation Director, Creative director to a Creative Producer creating and developing original content. At Adlabs I will leverage the same expertise and collaborate on the ongoing projects liaisoning with writers, designers, production studios, etc to execute all the projects”
One of the founding members of ABAI, Gangatkar is extremely active in animation circles as well as in IP creation, having personally developed several storylines and projects. On being asked if these projects were now with Adlabs, Gangatkar replied, “Related developments will be announced in due course of time”
The appointment of Gangatkar at Adlabs is significant, as quite a few studios that have announced original IP of late are in constant search of experienced talent that can handle original projects. Another interesting evolution that�s arising out of the original content activity is the new kind of roles with functionalities and responsibilities, hitherto rarely heard of in Indian animation.
