Business opportunities galore at CGA World 2004

Animation expo aims to act as a catalyst for the 2D cartoons, games, special effects studios providing business opportunities for global sourcing.

nullMUMBAI : Studio Systems, a leading technology journal on Audio Video Broadcasting, is organising CGA World expo 2004, which claims to be India’s first dedicated global show on computer graphics, animation and interactive techniques. The three day expo commencing 19 May is to be held at Mumbai’s Nehru Centre.

The show supported by all major Animation societies and groups of India boasts of an ambitious line-up. The exhibits will focus on all market segments which utilise CG. Apart from that CGA World in association with TASI is also hosting a conference with sessions on Animation in Advertising, Special Effects and Game Development. Other highlights include Hi tech demos from Alias which will exhibit it’s latest release of Maya, screening of animation films at The NFDC theatre and a display of art and graphics by studios, artists and computer geeks at the Nehru Art Gallery.
